Last time, we finished our adventures with the Legend of Frosterpie. " You two ready?" Meeko asked. " Yep, I have all the supplies here in my backpack." Nicky said, he gave a quick glace at Kelly and smiled, she was playing with Mars and Venus. " Saur... ( Heh... ) Ivysaur suarivy ivy... ( Brock in training... )" Ivysore said. " Buzz off!" Nicky gives him a big clonk on the head. " Pihehehehe..." Pikachu laughed. " Alright, that's enough, we need to get going, and anyways, you might wake Yarns." Meeko said, Yarns purred in his sleep. After a while of walking, " My feet hurt..." Kelly complained. " Mine too..." " Alright, let's rest over there." Nicky said. Once they reached there though, they saw Kakunas attached to the tree, and a few Weedles crawling. " Oh no!" " Shhhhhh!" Nicky said, " They are at level nine and eight, both of which are close to evolving. And, I want to catch one." Nicky's PokéDex was busy telling him all about Kakunas when he shut it. " You go right ahead, we'll be right over here..." Meeko said. She, Kelly, and their Pokémon rushed away. " Vileplume, come out." Nicky whispered, " Use your Sleep Powder on that Kakuna." the Kakuna fell asleep. " -_- Ka...ku...na..." Nicky tossed a ball at it, it got sucked inside and locked, Vileplume carried it over to him, but it tripped, the ball rolled over to Nicky and he returned Vileplume. But some red eyes suddenly appeared, looking at him through the leaves. " BEEEEEEEEEEEEEDRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILL!!!!" the Beedrills charged at Nicky, stingers forward. " Phew, good thing we didn't stay there, maybe they would've woken up." Meeko said. " Yeah, hey, what's up with Nicky?" Kelly asked. " RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!!!" Nicky yelled. The others then saw the Beedrill and also ran. Nicky was tackled down by a Beedrill, but his Sandslash's ball had been hit on the button and it came out, it stopped a Beedrill from getting him and they both ran after the girls. Later, " Good...ing...edrills...ire...ut..." Nicky gasped. " Wha...what?" " Good thing the Beedrills got tired..." " Oh." Later, " You know, I need to go to Pewter and get the Boulder Badge, since you want to become a Breeder, Kelly, and you're a Master, you two go on your own and we can meet again in..." Meeko said. " Vermilion!" Nicky finished. " Sounds great to me, see you in Vermilion." Kelly said.
