Of course, you ca't reason with Wartortles, so Cajava got to see how it feels to be Hydro Pumped. ben got up a few seconds later, looking very angry. "Blob, go! Transform!" Blob became an instant mirror image. One Pokédex move check and the offending Wartortle was sent into the stratosphere by a Skull Bash. Happy again, Ben headed on into the gym. "Is it just me, or is it hot in..WOW!" Ben clapped his hands over his moutha nd watched as two teenage vixens, clad only in bikinis, sunned thenselves using the sunroof. Ben watched quietly, doing his best to avoid disrupting the beautiful sight. Suddenly, a dozen vines wrappe around him. An unseen group of Bellsprouts marched into theclearing, and the two girls sighed. "I should have known someone would be watching the two of us eventually," said one of the girls, who had blue hair and a nice...er, face. "Now what is it you want?" "mpph mphh mpphhh," warbled Ben, who had one of the vines wrapped around his mouth. The Bellsrpout removed the vine. "I mean, I was going to find the Gym Leader and challenge her for a Marsh Badge, when I was, um, sidetracked by you two lovlies." The Bellsprouts dropped Ben onto the ground, then followed the other female into another area of the Gym. "Well, flattery gets you nowhere in a battle against me, Erika, the Gym Leader. Three on three. Weepinbell, I choose you!" "And I choose, Seymour! Use Headbutt!" Seymour leaped into the air, ramming into the strange plant. erika just laughed. "You worse then I thought! this Seel doesn't even know Aurora Beam! Weepinbell, Razor Leaf and get it over with!" A group of leaves surrounded Weepinbell, then slammed into the Seel. Seymour fainted. "ohhh, Seymour return! Go, Blob!" "Ditto!" Erika recalled her Pokémon, then sent out Tangela which was quickly copied by Blob. "Blob knows Absorb, Constrict, Sleep Powder and Stun Spore." "Tangela, this should be easy! Constrict it first!" Tangela sent out some vines, wrapped it around Blob and pulled it in close, squeezong and weakening Blob all the while. As soon as it was close Ben shouted, "Now, Blob! Use Stun Spore!" Blob shook some dust, and Tangela started shaking. "Hmmph! Lucky! Tangela, return! Go, Gloom! Solar Beam!" Gloom charged up with yellow light and released it. The beam slammed into Blob, fainting the Ditto. "Blob, return! Your my last hope, so go, Vice!" The Pinsir appeared and looked very surprised at his new trainer. "Pinsir? Pins pins pins!" "Vice, it's me, Cajava! i'm two people in one! You have to help me n this battle, please!" Vice did not look impressed. Ben wasn't sure what to do when Sphere popped out of its Pokéball. "Sandshrew shrew sand!" "Pinsir pinsir pins!" "Shrew shrew shrew!" After much yakking, Voce told Ben that he'll follow ordrs for now, but demands an explanation later. Erika simply looked confused. "Don't worry about it, erika. Forget this happened! Let's just battle. Vice, Seismic Toss!" Vice ran over and grabbed Gloom, sending it up and tossing it hard on its butt. "Gloooom!" Gloom tried a Mega Drain, but pinsir narrowly avoided the ball of energy. "Vice, Guillotine!" Vice tried, but failed and was seriously hit with Mega Drain! "Vice is down to half his total energy." "Nuts! Vice, Vicegrip!" this time, vice pit the squeze on Gloom. Before anyone could say anything, vice leaped up, tossed Glomm into the ground, then landed on it, pincirs open! Gloom was Ko'd. "Guillotine, a Pinsir's most powerful attack! If successful, automatically faints enemy Pokémon." "Yes! We did it! One Marshbadge please." Erika grudgingly passed over the goods. Ben recalled his Pokémon, then cartwheeled out of the Gym. "Wow! Two badges already! Now what do I do?" He looked around, then decided the best idea was a shopping excursion in Celadon Shopping Mall!
