Not now!" scolded Mike. "Jynx2, finish it off with a Blizzard!" The flag guy dropped the flags, beginning the match. She nodded and raised up her arms. Some of the ice and snow on the field rose up and swirled around the unprepared Dragonite. Reis was instantly frozen solid. "Dragonite is unable to battle. This match goes to the blue trainer, Mike," said the flag guy after examining the block of ice. "Sirius is in trouble again! This Jynx seems powerful enough to finish off anything weak to Ice in a single hit!" cried the announcer. "WHAT IS SIRIUS GOING TO PICK!? THIS COULD DECIDE THE MATCH!" All eyes were on Sirius. "Argh… damn you, announcer guy…" muttered Sirius. "Marowak, it's your turn…" "Maro… maro… maro?" Marowak, who had dozed off during the match, sleepily hopped into the arena. "JYYYNX!" The horny Jynx, catching sight of Marowak, waddled over quickly and danced, rapidly swiveling her hips. Marowak stared, baffled and a little scared, and then clonked Jynx with a bone club. Jynx stumbled backwards. Her anger was hot enough to melt the ice. No one ever dare hit her on the head when she was dancing. "Uh oh…" cut in the announcer. "Sirius's awful decision-making has caught up with him!" "JYYYNX!" she screeched, over and over again. "Alright, Jynx2… Ice Beam it, pronto!" ordered Mike. Jynx attempted to fire an Ice Beam, but instead blew fire. Marowak quickly spun its bone, rendering the attack nearly harmless. "Err… Blizzard, now, Jynx2!" "Marowak!" shouted Sirius. "Get away, while you still can! There's no way you can take a Blizzard!" Marowak sprinted away as fast as he could. Jynx2 created the Blizzard within seconds, and moments later it came roaring towards Marowak. "Marooo!" he wailed. In a final, last ditch effort, he tossed the bone into the blizzard as it came closer and closer. The winds sent it flying at Jynx, hitting her hard in the head. She immediately fainted, but by that time Marowak was frozen solid. "This match is a draw," yawned the flag guy. "Phew…" Sirius breathed a quiet sigh of relief. He returned Marowak to his Pokeball. "He sure caught a lucky break there…" grumbled the commentator. "Heh. That WAS lucky," sniveled Mike, taking a Pokeball from his belt. "You won't be able to beat this one. Mr. Mime, go." "Uh… okkk…" said Sirius, slowly. "Since the ice weakness is gone… Go, Charizard!" Both Pokemon materialized at the same time. "CHAAAAR!" "Mr. Mime! Mime! Mr. Mime!" "Begin." "Mr. Mime, build a Barrier to protect yourself!" "Charizard, slash!" Charizard dove forward and slashed at Mr. Mime with its sharp claws. Mr. Mime, being a little faster, jumped back and created a barrier. Charizard helplessly crashed into it. "Mime mime mime mime mime mime!" Mr. Mime went to work, miming up a long invisible wall. Charizard flew up and feebly tried to break through it. Mr. Mime pointed at Charizard and chuckled. "Miiime! Mime mime miiiime!" "Mr. Mime's barrier is known to be nearly unbreakable! This match would be over if Mr. Mime has an attack!" "CHAAAAAAR!" Charizard flew back, and then rammed the wall as hard as he could. Unfortunately, the wall broke, but only a tiny part of it. Charizard's head was stuck on the other side. "HAHAHAHAHA!" laughed Mike. "Now, Doubleslap!" "Charizard! Er… use Flamethrower to protect your head!" Mr. Mime slapped Charizard once. Then Charizard used Flamethrower and Mr. Mime ducked. Then Mr. Mime slapped it again. And then it ducked. Then it slapped it a few times, but had to duck after a few seconds. Charizard couldn't get out, and eventually fainted. "Charizard... no... get out of there..." Sirius was shocked. "Charizard is unable to battle," said the flag guy, finally. "Mike is the winner." "YEAAAH!" yelled Mike. The audience cheered loudly, and TV reporters rushed to his side. Mr. Mime jumped up to share the spotlight. Sirius's heart sunk in disbelief.
